General information

Prices refer to a stay of more than 3 days; for up to 3 days, there is a surcharge.
Prices depend on the location and size of the room.
The rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, satellite TV, safe and balcony.

Tourist tax

In Italy, from January 1, 2014, for all persons 14 years of age and over, a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person/per night is charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on the spot.

Children

For children of up to 4 years of age, accommodation in the parents' bedroom is free.

• between 4 and 10 years: 50% of the daily price.

• between 10 and 13 years: 40% on the daily price.

• over 13 years: 30% on the daily price.

Dogs

Your four-legged friend is also welcome, subject to agreement; however, you dog may not have access to the meeting room, the winter garden and the sunbathing lawn with swimming pool. We charge a daily price of 7.00 euros (without basket/food).

Arrival and departure

The day of your arrival, our rooms are ready for you from 2 pm onwards. On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 am. In the event that your arrival is delayed and you are unable to reach our pensione before 6 pm, please let us know about the delay.

Payment

You can pay with cash on the spot: EU citizens can make payments in cash for up to a maximum amount of € 2,999.00. Non-EU citizens can pay larger amounts in cash. We do not have a device for payments with credit cards or debit cards. You can easily pay an amount in advance to our account by bank transfer.

How to make a reservation

We consider a reservation as binding from the moment we receive your written confirmation by postal service, fax or e-mail. As a guarantee for your reservation, we reserve the right to request a deposit, free of charge, to be paid into our account at the Raiffeisen bank in Marlengo.

Cancellation fee

0% - up to 40 days before arrival

50% - from 40 days to 3 days before arrival

90% - 2 days or 1 day before arrival; in case of no-show or early departure

Due to the current situation, no deposit transfer is required when making a booking. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours.
